Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for all assigned patients. Design, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Direct and delegate therapy services, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care. Facilitate functional treatment programs focused on successful community reintegration. Serve as an educator to patients, families, coworkers, and students, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory, state, and clinic standards. Promote patient and staff safety, maintaining awareness and adherence to protocols for safe patient handling, infection control, and hazard identification. Embrace an organizational culture centered on core values, accountability, teamwork, and continuous professional growth. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and student mentorship, fostering a culture of learning.Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid physical therapy license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain). Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy settings strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop and implement care plans, adhering to discipline-specific guidelines. Understanding of regulatory and performance improvement processes.
