Role:
Join Inspire Physical Therapy LLC as a Physical Therapist specializing in Pediatric Ortho/Sport in Beaverton, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young athletes and children recovering from injuries. One on One Care. Every session is conducted by a licensed physical therapist, ensuring focused attention throughout the entire treatment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of pediatric patients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports injuries. Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance recovery and mobility. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises. Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. Participate in community outreach and education programs.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state licensure in Oregon. Experience in pediatric physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic and sports settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ATC background a plus
