Role:
Senior Pediatric Physical Therapist Join Inspire Physical Therapy LLC as a Physical Therapist in Beaverton, OR, where you will make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, helping our clients achieve their rehabilitation goals. One-on-One Care. Every session is conducted by a licensed physical therapist, ensuring focused attention throughout the entire treatment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infant and childhood patients' physical conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery. Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to aid rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Oregon. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5 years or more of pediatric/infant care. Ability to develop and futher relationships with our pediatric community.
