This travel position offers a dynamic environment where you will manage approximately five patient visits per eight-hour day, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. You will work using the Chartin System and Netsmart electronic records, requiring proficiency and adaptability in digital charting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to hospital patients, averaging five cases per day. Efficiently document patient progress and treatment plans utilizing Chartin System and Netsmart platforms. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery. Demonstrate quick learning and self-starting abilities to adapt to hospital protocols and procedures.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Oregon Physical Therapy license must be obtained at the time of application. Proven experience in hospital-based physical therapy. Strong technological skills with familiarity or ability to quickly learn electronic medical records systems. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the capacity to rapidly integrate into new clinical environments.
