Physical Therapist - Outpatient / Inpatient Full-Time | Southern Oregon | Day Shift There are places where physical therapy feels transactional — and then there are places where you can truly change lives while building the kind of career and lifestyle that keeps you inspired for years to come. A highly respected healthcare organization in beautiful Southern Oregon is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join its collaborative rehabilitation team. This opportunity offers the best of both worlds: a diverse mix of outpatient and inpatient care, paired with the natural beauty and slower pace of one of the Pacific Northwest's most scenic regions. Surrounded by mountain landscapes, crystal-clear lakes, endless outdoor recreation, and vibrant community living, this role is ideal for a therapist who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and exceptional work-life balance. About the Opportunity As a Physical Therapist, you will provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients across a broad range of diagnoses and functional needs. You'll work closely with providers, rehabilitation professionals, patients, and families to create treatment plans that maximize independence, mobility, recovery, and quality of life. In this role, you will: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring movement, function, and independence Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, progress, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate closely with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and care teams to support optimal outcomes Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and plan-of-care updates Supervise and collaborate effectively with Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff Adjust treatment approaches based on patient progress and evolving functional goals Participate in professional development, continuing education, and mentorship opportunities Why Therapists Love This Opportunity Diverse Clinical Experience Enjoy the variety and professional growth that comes with treating both inpatient and outpatient populations in a community-centered healthcare environment. Meaningful Patient Connections In a smaller community setting, therapists have the opportunity to build deeper relationships with patients and truly see the impact of their care over time. Exceptional Southern Oregon Lifestyle This region offers: Four-season outdoor recreation Hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, and lake living Stunning natural beauty without the congestion of larger metro areas A welcoming community and outstanding quality of life Supportive Team Culture Join a rehabilitation department that values: Collaboration and respect Evidence-based care Professional autonomy Innovation and continued learning Compassionate patient-centered service Qualifications Required Current Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Oregon licensure Current BLS certification Strong communication and patient engagement skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care Computer proficiency and clinical documentation skills Preferred Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings Pelvic floor training (Level 1 or higher) highly valued Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth The Ideal Candidate The ideal therapist is clinically strong, adaptable, compassionate, and motivated by the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where their expertise is genuinely valued.
