Our team is comprised of local leaders who are highly credentialed physical therapists and strong support personnel who help provide outstanding patient experience. We do this by developing individualized treatment plans and paying special attention to each's patient's unique goals. We encourage our physical therapists to pursue their individual goals both inside and outside of their clinics! Job DescriptionWe are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post-op protocols. Mentoring is available. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties of Position:

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment resultsComfortable with walk-in patients to provide custom post-op splintsProvide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilitiesMonitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careEducate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategiesQualificationsGraduate from an accredited college with an APTA or AOTA curriculumCurrent Oregon state physical therapy license and CPR certificationStrong patient care and communication skillsA desire to learn in a team environment and provide an e exceptional experience for patientsA positive attitude and desire to work hard and have fun while you work!
