Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality physical therapy to hospitalized patients, managing an average of 5 cases per day. Complete thorough documentation using Chartin and Netsmart systems. Adapt quickly to the hospital environment and workflow. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Oregon Physical Therapy license at time of application. Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with hospital-based physical therapy preferred. Comfort using electronic medical record systems, specifically Chartin and Netsmart.
