This travel opportunity is based in Klamath Falls, OR, offering the chance to work five visits per eight-hour day, Monday through Friday, with an average of five cases daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments for hospital patients. Document patient progress accurately using Chartin and Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) electronic medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and professional standards. Demonstrate initiative as a fast learner and self-starter, adapting quickly to the hospital environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Oregon physical therapy license required at the time of application. Proven hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred. Ability to effectively use Chartin and Netsmart electronic documentation systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Quick adaptability and a proactive approach in clinical settings.
