Setting:
hospital-based care. This assignment supports patients across age groups, requiring evaluation, plan development, and ongoing treatment of neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.Key Highlights Weekly pay:
$2,584- 2,775 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks

hospital-based care Travel support and dedicated assignment coordination Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients of all age groups; plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to restore or maintain well-being. Conduct clinical assessments to identify patient needs and determine appropriateness for therapy; document and review a Plan of Care (POC), progress notes, and other clinical records; revise the POC based on assessment data. Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and therapy assessments; collaborate with the physician and interdisciplinary team. Assist/instruct patients and families in transfer techniques appropriate to patient abilities; educate on the safe use of equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes, braces, prosthetic devices) and adapt devices as needed; order rehabilitative equipment as appropriate. Provide patient/family education regarding therapeutic procedures, considering age, condition, culture, and learning readiness; apply infection control and universal precautions. Accept clinical assignments within education and competence; supervise or coordinate other team members as applicable to patient care. Requirements Current State License as a Physical Therapist- Required Proof of current CPR certification
- Required Current driver's license; reliable transportation and insurance
- Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Required Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program
