Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength and range of motion Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Qualifications and Skills:
