Part-time, PRN Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function—helping them return to their highest level of independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Current Physical Therapist (PT) license (required) Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($50-$60 DOE) Flexible scheduling ( Part-time, PRN) Student Loan Reimbursement Program Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Work Location In person - Molalla, OR Relocation or reliable commute preferred
