Salary $85,000- $105,000/year DOE.

Private Physical Therapist owned outpatient clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Newberg, OR. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will provide hands-on patient care, perform capacity testing, and deliver comprehensive therapy services aligned with our mission and Oregon licensing laws. Your role may also involve program management, clinical research, community education, and mentoring student interns as a Clinical Instructor (CI).Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and treating patients to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability, in accordance with medical prescriptions and Oregon state laws. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, using skilled interventions based on patient evaluations and test results. Educating patients on their conditions and empowering them with home exercise programs rooted in best practices. Maintaining clear and timely documentation in the EMR system. Collaborating with referring providers to ensure seamless patient care and progress updates. Additional responsibilities as needed to support patient outcomes and clinic success.Additional requirements for this position:
Experience in direct patient care CPR Certification Proficiency in relevant technical skills Experience in specialized treatment areas (Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Pelvic Health, etc.) Ability to pass pre-employment screenings We believe being a healthcare provider is a privilege. Our services include Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine, Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, Lymphedema Care and we use a variety of methods in our treatments such as: FMS, Graston, manual therapy, Neubie- direct current stimulation, myofascia release, scar tissue mob, aquatic therapy, and more.
