The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all of your work goals Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program Current BLS CPR certification Exercise and manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience Oregon PT licensed or licensed eligible

Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
