JOB DETAILS
Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic therapist to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment
REQUIREMENTS
Physical Therapist, Skilled Certifications:
BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required DOB Required References:
1 Reference in entire work history License and SNF experience are required.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Travel experience is preferred
