Job Description
Are you a physical therapist who values quality patient care, meaningful relationships, and the ability to provide individualized treatment without feeling rushed? Action Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice seeking a caring, skilled, and dependable part-time Physical Therapist to join our team. We are looking for a clinician who takes pride in helping patients achieve meaningful results and who values clinical quality, communication, and teamwork. Our practice has served the Huntingdon Valley community since 2005. We have built a strong reputation for attentive, personalized care, with many patients returning to us and referring their family and friends. Why You May Enjoy Working With Us A Patient-Care-Oriented Culture Our therapists are encouraged to treat the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or body part. Appointments are structured to allow time for thoughtful assessment, hands-on treatment, patient education, and development of an individualized plan of care. We maintain manageable schedules so therapists can provide high-quality care without being expected to treat an unreasonable number of patients at one time. Finish Your Documentation at Work Our EMR includes an integrated AI documentation assistant that significantly reduces the time required to complete notes. Therapists are able to complete their work during the workday rather than spending evenings finishing charts at home. A Supportive and Collaborative Environment You will work alongside experienced physical therapists who value collaboration, communication, and clinical growth. Our therapists regularly exchange ideas and support one another with challenging cases. Our administrative team handles scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and other nonclinical responsibilities so therapists can focus on their patients. An Established, Therapist-Owned Practice Because our clinic is owned and operated by physical therapists, clinical decisions are guided by what is best for the patient—not by corporate productivity quotas.
