Part-Time (20-25 Hours a Week) The Gardens at Camp Hill is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to support rehabilitation goals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility strategies

Qualifications:

Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license Current BLS certification Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred
