Job Description
Physical Therapist (Full-Time) - Clinic & Travel Coverage Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our OSPTA team in a unique hybrid role that combines the consistency of a home clinic with the variety of travel coverage. Position Overview This full-time position includes: 2 regular days per week at a designated primary clinic location, allowing you to build relationships with patients and staff. 3 days per week providing coverage at other clinic locations within our network, supporting patient care needs and ensuring continuity of services. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys both stability and variety in their work environment. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care. Travel to assigned clinic locations as needed for coverage. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current PA Physical Therapist license in good standing. CPR Certification Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical settings. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
