Physical Therapist- Personal Injury City Community Care Medical 2234 Bryn Mawr Ave Philadelphia, PA 19131 Job Overview City Community Care Medical is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary personal injury and rehabilitation practice. This position offers part-time morning hours, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients recovering from injuries. Schedule Part-Time Morning Hours Flexible Scheduling Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as needed Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in orthopedics, rehabilitation, or personal injury preferred but not required Benefits Flexible morning schedule Supportive multidisciplinary team Consistent patient volume Growth and leadership opportunities Positive work environment focused on patient outcomes About Us City Community Care Medical is a multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation clinic specializing in personal injury care.
