Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for Pennsylvania) Previous experience in hospital-based or outpatient therapy preferred Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and adjust individualized care plans, and adhere to state and federal regulatory guidelines Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Passion for professional growth, ongoing education, and compliance with best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough patient assessments and design treatment plans tailored to individual needs and discharge goals Document all care in a concise, timely, and accurate manner Lead, delegate, and direct therapy interventions and support staff Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a hazard-free workplace Provide education to patients, families, and staff while participating in student training programs Create ongoing professional development goals and pursue learning opportunities within the organization
