Primary Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (duration and daily hours to be confirmed based on facility needs)Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate all assigned patients and design comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Direct and delegate therapy services, ensuring delivery aligns with patient goals and regulations. Create functional therapy programs that encourage effective reintegration into daily life. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Promote and ensure patient and employee safety in compliance with established protocols. Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements. Foster your own professional development through education, adherence to practice standards, and active engagement in performance improvement.Desired Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. Experience in hospital outpatient therapy settings strongly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care and safety. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
