Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a school-based Physical Therapist, working part-time during the summer months. Qualifications and Experience:
Active Physical Therapist license required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred Strong communication skills for partnering with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes Comfortable working part-time hours throughout the summer term
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct physical therapy services to students with varying needs Develop and monitor therapy plans in alignment with each student's IEP goals Collaborate with educators and staff to support inclusion and optimize each student's school experience Maintain thorough records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings Communicate progress and strategies to families and caregivers, fostering ongoing support
