What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document all evaluations and treatments using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding patient care Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey

What We're Looking For:
