Mishock Physical Therapy prides itself on providing hands-on, individualized care to every patient. We want to accommodate our patients' busy schedules, so we offer flexible treatment times: early morning, evening, and Saturday hours.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Part Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Skippack, PA! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.

Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plansPerform hands-on therapeutic treatments and exercisesDocument patient progress and maintain detailed medical recordsEducate patients and their families about recovery processes and home exercise programsCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesAssess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progressImplement preventive care strategies and rehabilitation techniquesMaintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patientsStay current with latest physical therapy techniques and best practicesQualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institutionCurrent Physical Therapy license in PennsylvaniaValid CPR certificationStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent patient care and communication abilitiesProficiency in documentation and electronic health recordsExperience in developing and implementing treatment plansKnowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practicesPhysical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movementsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentDemonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional developmentAdditional InformationStrong compensationExcellent benefits package, including 401k Matching, health, dental, and generous paid time offContinuing educationEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
