Job Description
~ Physical Therapist~ Heritage is seeking a Full-Time PT to join our in-house therapy team at Embassy of Tunkhannock.
Full-Time status offers:

Situated on a bend of the Susquehanna River, our single-story building is home to comprehensive short- and long-term clinical services.
- Duties
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
Experience:
- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
