Position Summary We're seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one physical therapy in homes, apartments, and senior living communities with a coverage area of Chester County as a 1099 contracted employee. Additionally, we are seeking Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, PTAs and OTAs in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware Counties . Responsibilities Perform evaluations and carry through PT visits in homes and senior living buildings. Communicate with clients and families and the clinical team. Provide continuity of care from home health to outpatient services and beyond!
