• PRN ~ Physical Therapist~ Heritage Rehab is seeking a Consistent PRN PT (available for weekday and weekend evals) to join our in
• house therapy team at our East Mountain location. Embassy of East Mountain is a 120-bed facility conveniently located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, near Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Commonwealth General Hospital and Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center.
• Duties
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports

• Experience:

• Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology
