Week Openings:
1 Physical Therapist (PT) Position Soliant is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based early intervention opportunity in the Roseburg, Oregon area. This role provides the opportunity to support young children and families through a combination of home-based services and limited ECSE consultation support.
Position Details:
Full-time contract assignment 40 hours per week Assignment runs ASAP through 06/11/2027 Early intervention population Services primarily provided within students' homes Some limited ECSE consulting responsibilities Coverage area includes Roseburg and surrounding parts of Douglas County Competitive bill rate: $90-$95/hour
Service Delivery:
Open to virtual/remote candidates; however, candidates must demonstrate strong experience, communication skills, and effectiveness in remote service delivery due to district preferences regarding virtual therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments Provide direct therapy services within home and educational environments Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines Support developmental and functional mobility goals for young learners
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license required Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Early intervention experience strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills PTA candidates may be considered and must meet MPC requirements This is a rewarding opportunity for a PT seeking to make a meaningful impact within an early intervention setting while partnering with families and educational teams through Soliant.
