Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Full/Part-Time Physical Therapist and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives! In this role, you will deliver expert care within our outpatient clinics As well as locally in the home (as needed). We are seeking motivated professionals passionate about patient car and rehabilitation to elevate recovery outcomes and foster a supportive environment for both patients and colleagues. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions by reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating therapies such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics. Provide hands-on treatments to improve mobility, manage pain, and promote healing across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Coordinate discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques to support long-term wellness. Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with advances in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in your region. Proven experience in acute care, hospital environments, outpatient clinics, or home health settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and care plan development. Experience with discharge planning, geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and community-based care is highly desirable. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations. Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
