Your Role:

As our Home Health DPT, you won't just be "doing exercises." You will be the architect of recovery for our Northwest Michigan community.

Your day-to-day includes:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations to understand the "why" behind a patient's condition. Developing creative, personalized treatment plans that help patients regain their independence. Educating families and caregivers, empowering them to be partners in the healing process. Collaborating with our specialized nurses and medical director to provide truly holistic care.

What You Bring:

The Credentials:

A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid Michigan PT license.

The Heart:

A genuine passion for person-centered care and a desire to work with vulnerable populations.

The Skill:

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to adapt your clinical skills to the home setting. (Trigger point therapy or specialized home health experience is a major plus!)
