Our ideal candidate brings a minimum of three (1) years of pediatric experience and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and their families. Due to a strong and consistent referral stream from neighboring pediatrician groups and RCOC case managers, a pending caseload is readily available. Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to enhance physical and functional abilities. Conduct system reviews and comprehensive assessments in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's learning and developmental needs. Perform re-examinations and modify interventions to achieve anticipated goals and outcomes. Ensure the safety, effectiveness, and appropriateness of all physical therapy services, including determining the need to continue, modify, or discontinue care. Family Engagement & Collaboration Compassionately engage children and families in goal setting, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote optimal outcomes. Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with clients, parents, staff, paraprofessionals, and insurance representatives. Leadership & Professional Contribution Supervise and mentor Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and paraprofessionals as needed. Contribute to program development, data collection, and departmental enrichment initiatives. Assist in developing forms and tools to increase efficiency within the Physical Therapy Department. Provide leadership and accountability to ensure the organization's mission and core values are upheld. Advise Owners/Directors on labor-related matters including safety, employee relations, scheduling, training, and policy compliance. Support the overall health, growth, and strategic vision of the organization. Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.
