Wee Thrive Pediatric Therapy Group Wee Thrive Pediatric Therapy Group is expanding and seeking a seasoned Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate brings a minimum of three (1) years of pediatric experience and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and their families. Due to a strong and consistent referral stream from neighboring pediatrician groups and RCOC case managers, a pending caseload is readily available. What We Offer Guaranteed pay rate regardless of attendance fluctuations One full hour of dedicated documentation time built into each workday A collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven work environment Leadership and professional growth opportunities within a growing organization Essential Job ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Service Delivery Perform screenings, evaluations, data interpretation, intervention planning, implementation, and review for children requiring physical therapy services. Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction to enhance physical and functional abilities. Conduct system reviews and comprehensive assessments in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's learning and developmental needs. Perform re-examinations and modify interventions to achieve anticipated goals and outcomes. Ensure the safety, effectiveness, and appropriateness of all physical therapy services, including determining the need to continue, modify, or discontinue care. Family Engagement & Collaboration Compassionately engage children and families in goal setting, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote optimal outcomes. Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with clients, parents, staff, paraprofessionals, and insurance representatives. Leadership & Professional Contribution Supervise and mentor Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and paraprofessionals as needed. Contribute to program development, data collection, and departmental enrichment initiatives. Assist in developing forms and tools to increase efficiency within the Physical Therapy Department. Provide leadership and accountability to ensure the organization's mission and core values are upheld. Advise Owners/Directors on labor-related matters including safety, employee relations, scheduling, training, and policy compliance. Support the overall health, growth, and strategic vision of the organization. Perform additional work-related duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Active California Physical Therapy license (in good standing) No pending or current investigations or complaints with any governing entity Minimum of 3+ years of pediatric experience Clinical skills appropriate to level of experience Strong administrative capabilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems Commitment to participating in and contributing to company culture and community If you are a dedicated pediatric clinician seeking meaningful work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, we invite you to apply and grow with Wee Thrive Pediatric Therapy Group.
