Sentara Therapy Center, Grassfield located in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a Physical Therapist for Ortho Outpatient

• As a Physical Therapist you will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.

Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Education Bachelor Level Degree

• Physical Therapy (minimum) Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy preferred Certification/Licensure Physical Therapy license
