• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details
• Monday - Friday 8a-5p, 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, 2 holidays per year. Travel
• Local travel to residential homes Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or higher Healthcare (1+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR Practice Partner EMR Valid Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (PA) Valid Regular Driver License (DL) Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months?
