Job Description

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a Physical Therapist with experience in telehealth, healthcare settings, and school environments for a contract position in Roseburg, OR. This role requires delivering physical therapy services tailored to the needs of students within school settings while utilizing telehealth platforms to enhance care accessibility.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for students. Providing direct therapy services both in-person and via telehealth to accommodate diverse student needs. Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory guidelines and school policies. Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary care approaches.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon. Proven experience delivering PT services in school environments. Competency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy service delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and staff. Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
