Job Description

Category Schools - PT - Telehealth Job Type Contract This position requires a Physical Therapist to provide telehealth and healthcare services in a school setting. Responsibilities focus on supporting a fifth-grade student with mobility challenges for one hour per week through the remainder of the school year.
Location:
Broken Arrow, OK Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services via telehealth to a student with mobility impairments. Assist the student with mobility support and monitoring changes in condition. Provide help with feeding and other activities of daily living as needed. Collaborate with educational staff to support the student's physical needs. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist experienced in school and healthcare settings. Skilled in telehealth delivery of physical therapy services. Experience working with pediatric patients, especially in school environments. Ability to assess and address mobility challenges and provide feeding assistance. Strong communication skills to coordinate with educators and caregivers.
Contract Details:
Part-time engagement for the remainder of the school year. Approximately 1 hour of service per week focused on one student. This role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a student's daily functioning and participation in school activities through specialized physical therapy services.
