We're seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of post-acute patients Develop individualized care plans and measurable goals Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies
