This will be a split role with 3 days on-site in our clinic in Warwick and 2 days doing remote telehealth visits.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive virtual physical therapy evaluations using evidence-based assessment, clinical reasoning, and outcome measures. Develop clinically sound plans of care and communicate findings clearly to patients. Document all evaluations accurately and within required timeframes in Raintree EMR. Document a communication note for any evaluation not completed within the specified timeframe, including all scheduling attempts made. Help determine whether a patient is best served by a home exercise program or should proceed to a full evaluation.

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in Rhode Island. 3-plus years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection sufficient to support uninterrupted video-based patient care, along with a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace. Strong technology proficiency, comfortable with EMRs (Raintree), telehealth platforms, and adopting new digital tools. Completion of Bay State Physical Therapy compliance training prior to patient care. Commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical excellence in a virtual care setting. Prior telehealth or outpatient PT experience preferred but not required.
