Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time $40-$50/hour Anderson, SC About Us Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, SC. $40-$50/hr Medical, dental, vision & life insurance options PTO for your birthday 401(k) with company match Employee appreciation events throughout the year Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services. This role is responsible for evaluation, treatment planning, team collaboration, and supervision of therapy staff to support residents' recovery and mobility goals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents within required timeframes and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care goals Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes per regulatory standards Supervise PTAs, aides, and students in compliance with state practice act Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on resident care plans Participate in care conferences, utilization review, and rehab meetings Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and discharge needs Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations Provide staff training and in-service education Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred) Active South Carolina PT license in good standing Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and documentation skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
