Structured mentorship for new graduates Leadership and program-building opportunities for experienced PTs Specialized training in vestibular, balance, and pelvic health Advanced technology including Solo-Step® overhead support system, infrared vestibular goggles, VR vestibular therapy, and BodiTrak balance assessment Supportive, collaborative outpatient team environment Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based outpatient treatment Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness Document patient progress accurately and efficiently Supervise PTAs, aides, and/or students as appropriate Participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) Active South Carolina PT license (or eligibility) Passion for outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation Pelvic health experience is a plus (training available) 1+ year outpatient experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and growth-oriented Job Type Full-time Pay $80,000
