Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (Outpatient) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop an appropriate treatment plan. Conduct therapy sessions to improve physical health and mobility. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in an outpatient setting. Current South Carolina PT License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
