Compensation:
$100,000 Minimum Guaranteed Base Salary Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) upside: Earn additional pay for anything over 30 units a week
Complete Schedule Control:
Schedulers handle the start of care, and you book the rest to fit your life
Minimal Weekend Rotation:
Light on-call rotation ($5 weekend differential per visit) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 20 days annually Comprehensive Health, Life, Dental & Vision Insurance + 401(k) Match Full-time, permanent position About the
Physical Therapist Position:
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Minimum 1-year of inpatient experience required (Not open to new grads at this time) Team player who collaborates well across disciplines Passion for patient-centered care Servant leader mindset
