Physical Therapist - 1:1 Hospital Outpatient Nealy Pierce - 4.0 Charleston, SC Job Details Full-time $76,650 - $119,305 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Loan forgiveness Qualifications Working with pediatric populations Pediatrics Patient interaction Pediatric physical therapy Full Job Description Outpatient Physical Therapist - Hospital-Based | Peds & Adults | Charleston SC | No Weekends Position Highlights Hospital-based outpatient clinic, non-profit system (Charleston SC) Even split caseload: 50% pediatrics, 50% adults $5,000 sign-on bonus, PSLF eligible 1:1 care, 60-min evals and 45-min treatments, ~8 patients/day 90-day formal onboarding, low-turnover team of experienced clinicians M-F, no weekend requirements 24 days PTO, 5% retirement match from day one About the Role We're after a servant-leader clinician who genuinely cares about patient-centered care, not someone chasing their next "job," but someone ready to invest in their career and help patients understand what's happened to their bodies and how they'll respond to treatment. Patient education comes first here. The caseload splits evenly between pediatric and adult patients, all 1:1, with a 90-day onboarding program and a collaborative, low-turnover team to lean on as you settle in.
