Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication abilities Commitment to upholding professional standards and confidentiality Familiarity with current APTA standards of care and medical documentation
Responsibilities:
Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver top-tier service to patients, families, and colleagues Collaborate with team members to develop professional skills and innovate patient treatment plans Deliver timely, safe, and evidence-based therapy treatments as prescribed Engage staff and family in patient care as appropriate Complete thorough, compliant medical documentation Participate in staff meetings, educational sessions, and program development Adapt and adjust schedules as patient needs fluctuate Ensure workspaces remain organized and safe Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized plans of care Supervise and mentor supporting treatment staff Seek out research to inform best practices in therapy
