Physical Therapist (PT) - School-Based Opportunity South Carolina | 2026-2027 School Year Elevation Healthcare is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, school-based opportunity in South Carolina for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is expected to provide approximately 27 hours per month and includes one day per week of direct therapy services. Responsibilities include completing evaluations and reevaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and completing all related documentation and paperwork.
