Full-Time or Part-Time Help Shape the Future of a Growing Women's Health Practice Pivot Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient clinic dedicated exclusively to women's health. We provide individualized, one-on-one care for pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, return to exercise, and orthopedic conditions that impact pelvic health. We're seeking a physical therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and excited by the opportunity to help lead a growing private practice. This position blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys both clinical excellence and helping build a strong team and practice. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we'd love to find a schedule that fits both your goals and the needs of the clinic. Primary ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Evaluate and treat pelvic health patients using a whole-body, orthopedic approach. Provide one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions in private treatment rooms. Create individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and presentation. Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to help patients return to the activities they love. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Clinic Leadership Assist with the day-to-day management of clinic operations. Help refine systems, workflows, and processes that improve both patient and staff experience. Partner with the practice owner to support strategic growth and long-term planning. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring future team members as the clinic expands. Foster a collaborative, positive, and patient-centered clinic culture. We're Looking For Someone Who... Enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. Takes initiative and is comfortable solving problems independently. Appreciates both the clinical and operational side of private practice. Communicates professionally and works well with a small team. Wants to grow into a leadership role while continuing to provide excellent patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Current South Carolina PT license (or eligibility for licensure) Pelvic health training or experience preferred, but clinicians with a strong orthopedic background and a genuine interest in women's health are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
