New Graduates are Welcome Join a thriving, patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation clinic where quality care and clinician growth come first. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a well-established practice supported by a large, collaborative therapy team. You'll treat a diverse orthopedic and functional population in a modern setting that prioritizes hands-on care, strong patient relationships, and measurable outcomes. Whether you're an experienced PT or a motivated new graduate, you'll have the support and mentorship to thrive.
OVERVIEW
Large, experienced therapy team — strong collaboration and mentorship Modern equipment and progressive, evidence-based treatment approaches Diverse orthopedic caseload (post-op, sports, spine, general ortho) Productivity expectations that support quality care•(not-for-profit where patients come first) Opportunities for clinical growth and specialization Aquatic Therapy Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise progression Build strong patient rapport and drive functional outcomes Collaborate with PTs, assistants, and support staff in a team-focused environment
COMPENSATION
Salary Ranges $37•52/hour Sign On Bonus $15,000 Relocation Assistance $7,500 Annual Continuing Education Substantial Tuition Loan Reimbursement $50,000 for Doctorate of Physical Therapy Comprehensive Benefits Package with Paid Time Off
QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate of Physical Therapy•Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities New graduates welcome — structured support available
