Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient physical therapy services alongside our exceptional team for up to 40 hours per week (with half-day Fridays!). We pride ourselves in excellent patient care and strive to help each patient reach their prior levels of function.

Job Requirements:

Licensure by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Doctorate in Physical Therapy Effectively communicate with other members of the team providing care to promote the coordination of patient care and planning for discharge. Completes and submits timely, legible, accurate, relevant and sufficient documentation addressing the treatment and interventions provided, the patient's response to the treatment and interventions, and the patient's progress toward goals in accordance with professional standards of practice, policy and procedures, and payor requirements.
