Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapy (PT) license Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred Ability to support and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for hospital patients Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary medical staff to provide comprehensive care Accurately document patient progress and update care plans as needed Foster a supportive environment that encourages functional independence Adapt therapy techniques to a variety of patient populations and conditions
