Job Description

Full‑Time Physical Therapist needed in Spearfish, South Dakota. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function. Candidates should hold a DPT, be licensed in South Dakota, and possess BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages and conditions. Apply evidence‑based techniques to enhance strength, mobility, and overall function. Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy plans, and recovery expectations. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure optimal care outcomes. Promote wellness and injury prevention through patient and community education.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Active Physical Therapy license in South Dakota (or eligibility). BLS certification (AHA required).
