• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our clinic.

Our clinic is an outpatient orthopedic private practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, focusing on improving their mobility and overall quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of physical therapy practices, particularly in geriatrics and home health settings. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that address their specific needs.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Utilize various physical therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy, to enhance patient recovery.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home community care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in physical therapy practices.
• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility.
• Experience
• Proven experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient/orthopedic health settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and systems relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Familiarity with care plans, discharge planning, and effective communication with patients.
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations is a plus.
