Job Description
Are you passionate about helping children achieve milestones that others thought were impossible? CLIMB Intensive Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. At CLIMB, we specialize in intensive therapy programs designed to help children with neurological, developmental, and genetic diagnoses maximize their independence and quality of life. Founded by a parent of a child with special needs, CLIMB was built on the belief that every child deserves access to high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivered with expertise, creativity, and heart. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and families Utilize evidence-based interventions including strength training, gait training, motor learning, balance, and functional mobility activities Provide family education and home program recommendations Maintain timely documentation and compliance standards Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Current Tennessee PT license (or eligibility) Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for serving children with complex developmental and neurological needs Why CLIMB?
